A lightning strike caused a fire at an oil tank site near Stoughton Monday afternoon.
Stoughton Mayor Clarence Hoffort confirmed that the fire started around 1:30 p.m. when a lightning bolt struck the battery of an oil tank about 10 kilometres northeast of Stoughton.
Hoffort said crews let the fire burn out and there were no injuries.
