A Saskatchewan Junior Female Hockey League doubleheader is hitting west-central Saskatchewan this weekend. The Western Prairie Klippers and Outlook Ice Hawks will meet on both Saturday and Sunday for their third and fourth head-to-head matchups already this season.

The first game will be played Saturday night in Kerrobert at 7:30 PM as the finale for the local female hockey day. The teams will then see a short turnaround with an afternoon game set for 3:30 PM at the West Central Events Centre in Kindersley.

The two clubs are meeting up once again after the Klippers took a 5-0 decision one week prior on November 11. Their previous matchup in December finished a tight 4-3 final for the Ice Hawks at home in Outlook.

Laiken Swan is the Klippers leading goal scorer with 4 markers in five games so far this season. Caelie Ilerbrun is in second with three goals to her name, and then Kiana Leicht and Lashanti Iron have scored the Klippers only other goals.
